Yukiko here! Much like in canon, she's a wealthy heiress who runs an Inn, or at least is still in training and helps run it. To fit the setting, beneath the Inn is a secret speakeasy called The Hot Springs, where bootlegged liquor is sold and all your other various shady dealings and innocuous but illegal needs are met.

Just don't do anything that could or would hurt someone there, because she's still a Persona user, a la Persona 3 style of manifesting. This is her kingdom, so while you're there, you'd better follow her rules--and the rules are first and foremost that The Hot Springs and Inn alike are a neutral safe space.

Signing on with Rise Kujikawa, a well-regarded jazz singer employed by the Amagi family for entertainment at both their official and unofficial businesses. She's mostly trying to make a name for herself and keep out of trouble at the same time - it's rough out there for a career woman, after all.

So he has the family tailoring/textile shop. Got menaced by some gangsters, beat the shit out of them in return, and Naoto decided he was Intriguing from there. By the time things pick up here, he's pretty well known as Naoto's muscle.

Less so that he's actually an assistant-type with actual case work as well.

Probably virtually unknown that they're together.

ETA: Oh, and he picked up a sona at some point in the proceedings.

Sure, why not - here with Jun Kurosu! He's a dangerous and beautiful young man who is most often seen by himself in a corner or the back of a room. If it seems like a lot of threads lead to him, that's because he's thoroughly mired in the ugly side of the underworld - he has deep, secret connections to a massive criminal organization.

Not that he really wants them. He'll dispense some information and get in trouble fairly often...here to be your femme(?) fatale.
